YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION. SEE THE NOTICE OF CANCELLATION FORM BELOW FOR AN EXPLANATION OF THIS RIGHT.
Membership cancellations received after the 3 day period, but within 45 days of joining the Membership Plan may be eligible to receive a full refund of any payments made for the Purchase Price as long as Member has completed a "Welcome Call".
Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. All refund requests must be made by the primary contact or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the card holder, and/or transaction number. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
The above policies apply to all Plan Memberships unless otherwise noted in membership materials. Please read all
individual materials thoroughly for any specific policies. Refund and cancellation and rescheduling policies
applicable to all Membership Plan Benefits that Members may access are provided on the website. These refund and cancellation policies will vary depending upon the nature of Membership Plan Benefit that is sought to be accessed. In certain instances, refunds may not be available while in other instances total or partial refunds may be available.
